Nozzle Filler

LTM Manufactures a range of recipes for steel ladle and EAF applications under the brand name of Thermofill. Thermofill prevents clogging of the nozzle when filling the vessel with steel. Different compositions should be chosen for different vessel sizes and holding times.

LTM currently supplies 100% of the South African market’s requirement for ladle nozzle filler with the average clean self-opening rate at most plants above 99%.

EAF solutions include Olivine and Chrome based products.
